The VoiceOptions platform (the "Platform") provides users with information, educational analysis, and AI-based assistance tools for voice trading. Services include courses on the future of voice-activated trading and biometric security in banking.

The Platform is not a broker, does not execute trading orders, and does not offer personalized financial advice or profit guarantees. All investment decisions and actions taken based on information from the Platform are the sole responsibility of the user.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

User Obligations:

• To provide correct and complete information upon registration.
• To use the Platform in accordance with applicable law and this agreement.
• To ensure the security of the account and login credentials.
• Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt the functionality of the Platform.

VoiceOptions Obligations:

• To provide access to the Platform's functionalities as per the technical description.
• To make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of the service.
• To protect users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Limitation of Liability

VoiceOptions assumes no liability for:

• Financial losses or other damages resulting from the use of information or tools offered on the Platform.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by technical factors or force majeure.
• Consequences of unauthorized use of the account by third parties.
• Investment decisions made by the user.

The total liability of VoiceOptions is limited to the value of payments made by the user for the service in the last 6 months.

4. Financial Terms and Refunds

Prices for paid services are clearly displayed on the Platform. Any subscription or purchase is final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided by law. The user may cancel a recurring subscription at the end of the current billing period.

5. Termination of Use and Modification of Terms

VoiceOptions reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. The user may cease using the Platform at any time by deactivating the account.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Changes will be communicated to users and will take effect after publication on the Platform. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes the user's acceptance.
